1. Products & Orders

• Orders are confirmed once full payment is received (except Cash on Delivery where applicable).

• AsteraFit reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in PKR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or cash on delivery (where available).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Standard delivery time is 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

• Delays may occur due to courier services, weather, or public holidays.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Products can be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customized or discounted items are non-returnable.

• Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Intellectual Property

• All designs, logos, and content on AsteraFit are the intellectual property of AsteraFit and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Liability

• AsteraFit is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier services.

• We are not responsible for misuse of our products.
