1. Eligibility for Returns
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Printed Items can only be returned If the quality of items or (DTF) Prints is damaged.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Customized, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable.
2. Process
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order details.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer or card) within 7 to 10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
