1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Printed Items can only be returned If the quality of items or (DTF) Prints is damaged.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customized, discounted, or clearance items are non-returnable.

2. Process

  • To request a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (bank transfer or card) within 7 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
